Areas within buildings which contain large areas of clear glass, such as doors or there surrounding partitions, can be made more visible and safe by fitting one of our manifestation designs.

As stipulated by both the ‘Approved Code

of Practice’ (Health & Safety) and

‘CDM’ building regulations, it is now a

requirement that any large uninterrupted

areas of glass should be clearly marked

to help reduce and eliminate any risk of

collision by persons unaware of their

presence. (see Glazing Regulations for

further details).

G.P.S. offer a large range of  manifestation

to ensure compliance with all current legislation. Dots, stripes and banding cut from ‘frosted’ film to give the appearance of acid etched glass, is the most popular choice and offers a cheap and effective route to compliance. However, We also offer a design service, whereby We can use company logo’s to form the basis of the manifestation, this gives a professional image and improves the aesthetic appearance of glazed areas. 

We can also provide various Vinyl’s and graphics. Detailed designs can be replicated in various coloured vinyl to produce window display’s etc. Vinyl can also be used for privacy purposes. When fitted to glazing partial or total  obscurity is gained, giving a cheap and effective solution to a privacy problem.
